Horses Inside Out
At some Active Rider events we will be having a demonstration by the Horses Inside Out Team. We will be painting a horse on camp and then holding an Equine Lecture giving a fascinating insight into how the horse works. This is a serious subject presented in an interesting and informative fashion. These lectures explain the significance of biomechanics to: - Improving performance,
- Reducing Injury,
- Maintaining top physiological condition.

Inspired Equestrian
Some Active Rider Horsecamps will have a workshop run by Ride With Your Mind (RWYM) network coach trained by the world renowned biomechanics coach and author Mary Wanless. RWYM uses analysis of rider biomechanics to take your riding to a new level. Correct biomechanics will benefit your riding in any discipline at any level. The workshops are an exciting complement to traditional lessons, designed to give you some ideas about how to make changes to your riding patterns which will enable you to become the organised rider that organises even the most disorganised horse. At some of our events a Mobiliser is in situ and attendees are able to enjoy a massage either before or after riding. The Mobiliser is a portable mobilisation and massage system. It is also a uniquely powerful spinal joint mobilisation system. Most find it deeply pleasurable to use, and leading riders swear it improves the riding of their pupils and themselves.
